One of the top ten things people wished they had more of is sleep. When Daylight Saving Time ends on November 5, people throughout much of the United States will get the gift of one more hour of sleep. The following scenarios can help you identify what is preventing you from getting the recuperative rest you need and waking up refreshed.
When you let people know you have back pain, you often get personal advice about how to make you feel better. While these people may be trying to help, their advice might not be as correct or up-to-date as they would lead you to believe. It doesn't treat the root cause, so you have to continue to take the pills. The best way to treat the pain is to fix the source of the pain.
